services to assist our patients and their families. Licensed professionals,
specially educated in home
care, provide the following services in cooperation with a physician's orders:
• Skilled Nurses who teach patients and their families how to meet specific medical and home needs.
• Physical Therapy allows the patient to retain and increase physical functioning
• Occupational Therapy increases patient potential to return to an optimal level of self care
• Speech Therapy increases the patient's ability to communicate and swallow
• Medical Social Services help patients and their families cope with illness and assists in establishing long term planning. Community Resources Assistance is also provided.
• Home Health Aides who provide bathing and personal care to patients
